Been trying to contact them via the Ottawa number and always get a message that the party I'm trying to contact is unavailable and to try back later. Is anyone else having problems getting through? I've taken a lomg break but I need to get back on the saddle so to speak and someone is in town tomorrow that would be perfect for me re-entry. . I'm always uber paranoid though and the phone issue is bugging me.

When no one is on schedule, the line is typically off. As its the case today.
If you wish to prebook, try the Toronto Number. Or call back in the morning when there are ladies on schedule.

You can try texting as well they sometimes answer when the phone line is off.

In my experience, the best way to reach them is via email. They respond pretty quickly, even when it's already late in the evening. I only call to get the buzzer code.
