is vegas as bad as the rumors in terms of adult entertainment ?

I've heard bad things about las vegas like everything is only topless where booze are sold.... Is there anything close to or on the strip that is good ? I've heard its a bad idea to venture away from the main strip so close stuff is good..
its too bad since vegas is sin city... and it dosen't sound very sinful at all

There are three kinds of strip clubs in Las Vegas, nude with no alcohol, topless with alcohol, and one club (Palamino?) with both because it was open at the time the bylaw was passed. It is a clip joint where no-touch dances are $40 US.

The nude clubs are decent, and there is very close lap dancing available at both nude and topless clubs. My favorite club is Deja Vu (nude). They have also opened some very upscale mega-clubs, topless, with elavators, sushi bars, revolving stages, etc. The dancer hustling me made it pretty clear that FS was available in the top end VIP room.

There are also public sex clubs where you can go and watch regular people have sex, if you are into that. Even the legal whorehouses outside of town are upgrading, adding sports bars, and supposedly planning golf courses and hotels.

As far as being bad to leave the strip, I would not be concerned. I always drive, or you can go in a cab, once you are at the club the bouncers make sure there is no trouble. Just don't walk back to your hotel.

what kind of prices would I expect to find there aside from the rip off places that charge too much. Anything close to prices here in ontario ?

I agree, there are lots of options if money is no object, and it makes a nice change in small doses, but does not compare to GTA for value.

Spent about a week recently. Crazy Horse has very good quality but low mileage. VIP is a rip. Several people in my group went back and got very little over normal $20 dances. (Normal - Light touching, promises of more in VIP room.)

VIP dances, 3 for $100 or $200 half hour. 2 drink minimum at $12 each. Will also be strongly encouraged by bad seating to tip doorman another $20. Oh yeah, $20 cover as well when arrive.

absolutly amazing.....the one thing you never have to bring to vegas with you...walk out on the strip and you will be bombarded with "magazines" and "business cards" galore. and the best part is ....they all have numbers on them you can call and be "hooked up" within minutes

... and get ripped off.

Don't even try those. Most of the pic's on those newsprint mag, business cards ( handed out by mainly hired latino's, remember ? ) are not real portraits of the said SP's. I actually had great laughs reading those and checking all the borrowed pics LOL...

Find a copy of 10 plus year old Hustler, check out the phone sex pages, you shall see all those Vegas lovelies again. Major Bull Shit Bait and Switch for innocent tourists, be warned.

A $500 plane ticket to LV is an escort there for 90 minutes max. Cheaper to bring your own sand, and in many ways more fun.
