Every person crossing the border illegally is breaking the law. All the while, thousands of immigrants follow the rules, pay the fees, jump through the bureaucratic hoops. Mexicans are above such details. Get in illegally, work under the table, overburden school system with illegal brats.
LOL, I can't believe what some people post here sometimes. "illegal brats" LMAO!

Even if this were true, this isn't what Trump was saying. He wasn't saying "technically they're all criminals because they crossed the border illegally".. He was specifically saying they were all drug dealers and rapists (and then seemed to declare that "statistically speaking" SOME would probably have to be good people)..

To me, his comments were outrageous. Now, if you see that as a good thing or a bad thing is up to you. He wouldn't be who & where he is by being subtle. He reminds me of a shock-jock, or a celeb with no filter (Kanye, Eminem, etc). Sometimes the world needs a little shock.

Watching the Daily Show last night was a riot mind you. Lol!

According to Huffington Post, he's #1 in the polls. Sometimes he makes an ass out of himself, and sometimes he talks smart. Maybe he has dementia.

Point to one thing I said that is incorrect.

He could have worded his statements better.
He's used to being the boss and what he says usually goes. His subordinates will know how to read between the lines and work it out.
But as a politician that may be something that he still needs to learn. His words will get analyzed to death and the general public will take his words at face value.
You're right. He brings his bossy attitude to the political arena (perhaps like Rob Ford), and puts his foot in his mouth as a result.

Only in America could a blatant, braggart, right wing tea party pin headed asshole be first in a political pole for a party leader; potential president.
I do not know what is more incredible, goof ball running number 1 in the polls or the fact that Geo. W Bush was elected for a second term. I guess the parents that voted for Bush now have children that are of voting age.:Eek:

I find it heart warming that all the dickheads who were so upset when RoFo imploded now have someone new to fall in love with all over again. Donald, thank you from them to You.

it'll be a shame if Jeb Bush doesn't win the republican nomination. Typical that the moderate candidates get pushed out in the primaries, when they have a much more interesting campaign in the general than the candidates that cater to "the base".

By running a moderate last time (Romney) much of the conservative base didn't get out and vote because a) he was too moderate and b) a Mormon.
I don't think Bush is that moderate, I find him a pretty Conservative individual. Where I disagree with him the most is common core. I think whoever gets the nomination has to do a better job in appealing to the moderate and conservative (tea party) base of the Republican party. While at the same time winning back the 20% Hispanic vote that was lost in 2008 and 2012. That's why I would support Rubio being on the ticket as at least VP if he doesn't win. We'll see how it plays out.

Jeb will not win. He self destructed in an interview with Megyn Kelly, last month. Kasich, Brown, Rubio are better bets. The field is wide, interesting and mostly competent. It will be an interesting primary.

Watching American politics right now is like watching a car crash, over and over again, in slow motion. Trump is the best example, and the skewering delivered by the Daily Show is right on point. The guy will never win, but it's lots of free press, which the idiot loves. Problem is, he's killed the golden goose with his bullshit and his TV time is over the second his campaign is now. He's radioactive thanks to his racist garbage. The whole Republican field is a shitshow, there will be 20 of them give or take, from the Tea Party lunatics to the moderates and I don't think a single one of them is electable as President. The Dems have Clinton as a front runner, but she has some major ass skeletons in her closet and the email thing isn't over yet either.

He said Mexicans not Hispanics. Just the same as someone in Canada complaining that there are too many Americans coming into Canada. Which would never happen in that they only go there to spend money.

Not sure how it is now. I imagine it is even worse today. About 30 years ago, I would go to Canada to work at one of out clients. It was a major hassle to enter the country igf they knew you were coming to work. And I was entering legally.

All I say for the folks that think he is wrong. Try living on the Mexican border on the US for a few years. And we will be happy to sen you all of our illegals.

Does The Donald know what a joke he is? This is my question.
He'll stay in the running until the moment he has to disclose his assets. That will be the moment when this overinflated gas bag will drop out, using some lame excuse ie: disclosure would breach the non disclosure agreements I signed with the people I'm doing business with.

I used to respect that man, before he became such a self important narcissist. Think Trump Towers and some other edifices he actually built back in the day. Now he just sells the rights to use his name on other people's buildings.
A few years ago a journalist in NYC actually did some digging to find out how rich The Donald was, rather than how rich he claimed to be. The article appeared in one of New York's papers or magazines, and apparently The Donald was decidedly unamused.

Funny thing is, the people with unquestionably more money than him do not spend their energy making sure the world knows how rich they are. It could well be that Don may compensating for an area where he's lacking. He might have an edifice complex.

I don't think that was as big a deal as some people made it out to be. He obviously misunderstood the question and was quick to correct himself.

I did highlight the section in the original post. Again for your benefit:

Donald would have been proud of your stereotyping and racist remarks. But even he wouldn't approve of your cheap shot at children who don't have any control over the position they are currently in.

By the way, if those "illegal brats" were born in the US they become legal U.S. citizens automatically. Please tell me, as legal citizens are they still brats? Or is that because they are Mexican background?
