He won't get it. I've seen people trying to sell lately in my neighbourhood for higher than expected prices and they are not getting it. People who are realistic the houses go in a couple of days. Others have been up since the spring...nada.
not many white collar jobs in small towns. most small town jobs are service or manufacturing. if you are a family doctor or lawyer then you will still make good money in small towns, and take advantage of low cost of living. However if you are a computer programmer, you will have to suck it up and spend every last penny you earn on that small expensive bungalow mortgage interest payments.depends on the type of job you are qualified for.
