1 All that deep breathing and yelling would release pent up anger
and other negative energy

2 then a sudden stillness would quiet your mind and give you
a out of body type experience

3 you get a full body workout as a bonus

Even though I would try it I think Guru Rajneesh
is full of hot yoga. He had that cult in USA that poisoned a restauraunt
and they had sex orgies and Guru tried to flee and I think he is in jail, he seems like a megalomanic, but I
doubt this is mind control as members seem happy to do it. Most cult members just lack critical thinking IMHO
but you can say the same thing about all religions as they are based on blind faith but in this cult members
seem to be experiencing someting real so it is not blind faith but a lack of critical thinking, even though this

The idea is there. Other yogas do something similar. You can do this at home with a thick mat on the floor and the right new wave music from youtube. Just have plenty of water next to you.

I would have or ask the positive spirits or Angels to protect me while doing this.

You won't clean everything but something is better nothing.
