a gentleman goes to a SP's area AND then tells SP they are in the area and wants to see you . the SP is not able to and then they get pissed off and demand address? ..of course its not given .. but this has happened to me twice today.. is there something in the water?

I'm more of an MP guy and I never get upset when I show up as a walk in and the girl I was hoping to see is busy.
I learned my lesson early on in my hobbying carreer.
If I want to see a particular girl, I will make an appointment. If I'm prepared to have a session with whoever is available, then I'll do a walk in.
If the walk in doesn't look promising, I'll head somewhere else. No matter what, it's still my fault for not making an appointment.

I imagine they are used to going to a place where that's normal, there's a few girls and there's always someone ready or there's a place they can wait like at a massage parlour.
Just let them know your expectations on your website and over the phone and be firm with it. Tell them you need to look good and be fresh just for them.
