Of course it's bullshit. He's a cheap NLP hack and a master marketing who knows how to manipulate gullible people.

Most of these motivational speakers, the successful ones, are very good at getting inside your head and actually helping you believe all kinds of positive thoughts.
Of course this can have a very positive impact on someone, especially if that person is looking for or needs some positive influence in their life.

So, this isn't a bad thing. Although it may not all be fact based, is there anything really wrong with helping people feel good about themselves?
Of course, it sometimes may only last until the credit card statement comes in.

I don't think he does.....anyone who attends his workshop or reads his material are enlisting themselves.

I have listened to him before and enjoy it since some times people need to be told to do things and improve their lives without making excuses, that being said taking the actual action is the hardest part so any self help will only get you so far.
