Wrong. Businesses can still refuse service to anyone. There have been a ton of court cases on this. It can be seen as discriminatory, and maybe it is, but business owners have rights to refuse, as they should, within reason.

You have to remember two things about this industry though;
a) Professionals are still human and can just have off days
b) and this is a big one, the phone always rings.

I did say it was kinda pointless in this industry but I have written google reviews based on no service because the customer service before hand was just so awful.

Yes, there was an apology to another member. We don't know details, but for whatever reason she chose to issue a public apology. It's NOT relevant to this thread, but I understand why you'd want to defend her.
However, the thread I posted is EXACTLY what THIS thread is about. Guy was booked, he was on his way and was canceled on. And yes, guy had every right to come here and fume. And no, HE didn't get an apology.

A guy who has never met me felt the need to come on here and post a " review " when he did not meet me.
I accidentally made a mistake of sending him the wrong address , I apologized and then to avoid giving him a awkward / sub par session I asked him to try again another day . He agreed and told me he was upset because he was going to book an agency girl and couldn't. I apologized many many times and then he came on here to bash me .
