is it too cold to apply exterior window caulking?

anyone know what temperature range is needed to properly cure window caulking? is it too cold now?

Dymonic Chauking is the best. You can buy it at Etobicoke Building Supplies.

You smooth it with a flat stick and some dish soap. Then hose it off.

Better yet, apply it smooth and you won't have to smooth it by hand. (Push the chaulking gun, don't pull it.)

The only draw back to Dymonic is it takes a long time to cure and the dust will stick to it.

Yes it's better.

I don't know the price difference, I don't really care. When I build something I want it to last with no grief. I will pay for quality. It's caulking, it's not going to bankrupt you.

Dymonic is the best and they are making Dymonic FC (fast cure?) now which cures in about the same time as silicone, but is almost impossible to tool it.

Glass cleaner works well to stop the caulking from sticking to the tooling whether it is fingers or putty knife.
