You smooth it with a flat stick and some dish soap. Then hose it off.
Better yet, apply it smooth and you won't have to smooth it by hand. (Push the chaulking gun, don't pull it.)
The only draw back to Dymonic is it takes a long time to cure and the dust will stick to it.
