Sometimes we see them fork over money to the unionized charitable organizations to keep it all quiet e.g. hospital wing naming. You rarely c the unions target the billionaires because they take hush money. They use the top 1% now 15% pretty soon 50% argument to distract attention from their alliance. We all c it.

Its time for the public sector to job and pension share. A part-time union job is the equivalent of one job in the private sector. So why not split two full time union jobs into two so the 50-99% rest can have their share of the pie to. So intead of working 4 hours and getting paid for 8 they'll work 2 and paid for 4 equivalent to one full timer.

The reality is that there are privately run apartments that are also shit holes. No unions running those buildings, just incompetent management and not enough affordable rentals to choose from in the city.
