Have you seen the stats on retirement savings? The vast majority of Canadians approaching retirement have savings far less than what they think is "adequate". Plus, a good chunk of boomer "wealth" is tied up in their homes. I suspect that all will be well...as long as the boomers don't plan to retire at 65, or fully retire from work.....
