This is one of those "wonders of the world" things. Everytime I encounter a gal like that, she makes me wonder.

Well...if she flirts with EVERYBODY then she's probably friendly (too friendly maybe). If she flirts with selected few she may be unwilling to sow her wild oats. If she only flirts with others when she's supposed to be on a date with you, she's playing head games or seriously doesn't care about you enough and you should not even stress yourself with such an immature or cold woman.
