IOWA current Zogby poll (01/02):
Hillary: 28%
Edwards: 28%
Obama: 26%

Predictions: Huckabee takes Iowa for Republicans. Democrats, you actually got me, too close to call. I'm leaning to the poll I listed above, I think Obama is going to end up like a Howard Dean, a 3rd place finisher and John Edwards is going to pull the upset win, tie or second place. Hillary will be strong because she already has a massive following of committed support. It's the "Hillary haters" that go to Edwards from 4 years ago to give to him, rather than their Kerry support.

Obama? Youth isn't even going to caucus. African Americans don't even exist in Iowa. And his poll numbers surge high or fall way low. So the inconsistence of his numbers suggest a "pay me and I'll go vote" mentality.

Reason for the lean towards John Edwards. If Huckabee can come out of no where and take it, so can Edwards. Iowans don't want "ghetto hope" from Obama, they want a "son of a mill worker" or the co-chair from the former President, Bill Clinton, who helped them huge in the 90's.

John Edwards would be the only one who would have the guts to try to get a impeachment going for Bushie.

He also would stand up to these drug company's with their rip off prices and non stop ads we see all the time.

Clinton would be a lame duck president who would not get much done expect helping out women rights.

Well, IMO, I think the Clintons would immediately reverse everything Bush Jr. did and recover America back to the 1999 economy. No doubt about it. A President can't be a "lame duck" in their first term, especially with a Democratic majority. I'm thinking the Clinton's are going to pull the impossible and bring Al Gore right back in, faster than we can think about it. Edwards would get something in the Clinton Administration too. Richardson will run for the Senate in 2008, keep an eye for that. But before that happens, Edwards' going to probably take Iowa. But that's it. He's going to lose NH, and get creamed in SC. Then after that, it's all Clinton's to take home. FL, NY, NJ, CA, NV, MI.

I don't get the title of this thread. I agree that Cheney and Bush should be impeached, but the poster seems to think that Clinton winning (which now she's not) is somehow a good thing. Clinton does not support impeachment. Neither does Obama or Edwards for that matter. From my understanding, the only people in favor of impeachment were Kucinich and Gravel.

I agree. The illegal US media is pushing a semi anti-Clintonian message. If they were engulfing to her, they would say the truth and state tied for second place. The percentage was Edwards 29.7%, Hillary Clinton 29.5%. That doesn't look like a 3rd place, but a dead heat tied for second place. And a second place finish is a win for Hillary. She has the Super-Electorate 3 - 1 over Osama (I mean Obama).

P.S.: She's going to crush both candidates in New Hampshire. NH is the equivalent of Jim Webb in Alexandria, VA. Hillary signs are everywhere. Bareback Obama won Iowa from young first time HJ white males.
