I think there should be a bill passed that no matter what residency, citizenship you have, race you have, if you're entering a country and you're coming from China, there will be a mandatory 14 day quarantine...before you are let loose to the country you're entering...

I'm not even saying Canada. I'm thinking US, Italy & Spain. And I don't mean just Chinese. Anyone Nationality who happened to visit China provinces, business or leisure. I'm sure those countries are now going to be stricter than before.
