Yes, defending the fence that the majority of people recognize as the border between Gaza and Israel. They are fully entitled to respond to violent people trying to cross it. Concerns about how much force they used is a reasonable point to question but you've repeatedly shown you only care about incendiary tweets.
There is no border there that is internationally recognized, in fact, you continually admit that you can't define where the borders of Israel lie, because you are constantly trying to colonize more of Palestine.
Israel had no right to shoot peaceful protesters every Friday for a year running, as you defined it, that is 'terrorism'.

MSF

B'tselem:
Israel was quick to frame the protests as illegitimate even before they began. It made various attempts to prevent the demonstrations and declared in advance it would violently disperse the protesters. The military deployed dozens of snipers along the fence, and various officials clarified that the open-fire regulations would permit lethal fire against anyone attempting to approach the fence or damage it. When Gaza residents went ahead with the demonstrations regardless, Israel made good on its threats and its open-fire regulations permitted use of live fire against unarmed protestors. As a result, 223 Palestinians, 46 of them under the age of 18, were killed and some 8,000 injured. The vast majority of the persons killed or injured were unarmed and posed no threat to the well-armored soldiers standing on the other side of the fence.

If you shoot civilian protesters that is terrorism as you called it.

Intentionally targeting civilians for a political motive.
That is exactly how B'tselem described Israel's use of snipers, hiding behind prison walls, on Palestinian civilians protesting for basic human rights.

There is no border there that is internationally recognized...
And your usual defence for when Palestinian extremists attack Jewish civilians. Amazing how even your oft-quoted rights groups condemn Hamas and others, you still try to argue the opposite.

And sorry but the border fence is the de facto border between Hamas run Gaza and Israel. Though there were many peaceful protesters, there were many others using violence to try and break Israel's border which was the express intent of the action. Hamas openly pushes the idea of ridding Israel of the Jewish population so Israel is perfectly entitled to act against those directly trying to attack them.

But you will continue to demonize Israel and continue to justify any anti-Israel action no matter how disgusting.

No, its just a prison wall.
Its not a border.

A prison where Israel is slowly poisoning the population through undrinkable water.

Palestinians in Gaza are largely stateless refugees living in an open air prison controlled by Israel.
All part of apartheid Israel.

I don't take accusations of racism from black supporters of apartheid any more seriously than accusations of terrorism that you lay on human rights organizations.
Posting links to threads that prove you are wrong doesn't really do much to support your claims, by the way.

For instance, your first quote is a link to a post I did where I just posted the weekly summary from the Palestinian Centre for Human rights, yet another organization that you think are 'terrorists' just for reporting on Israeli incursions.

Here's this weeks summary.
Do you really think its 'terrorism' just to report on human rights violations?

Palestinian Centre for Human Rights
The Centre is an independent Palestinian human rights organization (registered as a non-profit Ltd. Company) based in Gaza City. The Centre enjoys Consultative Status with the ECOSOC of the United Nation. It is an affiliate of the International Commission of Jurists-Geneva; the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) – Pairs; member of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network – Copenhagen; member of the International Legal Assistance Consortium (ILAC) – Stockholm; member of the Arab Organization for Human Rights – Cairo; and member of the World Coalition against the Death Penalty – Rome. It is a recipient of the 1996 French Republic Award on Human Rights, the 2002 Bruno Kreisky Award for Outstanding Achievements in the Area of Human Rights and the 2003 International Service Human Rights Award (UNAIS). The Centre was established in 1995 by a group of Palestinian lawyers and human rights activists in order to:

Israeli Human Rights Violations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (Weekly Update 29 September- 05 October 2022)

Violation of right to life and bodily integrity:

Five Palestinian civilians, including a child, were killed and 19 others, including 3 children and 2 journalists, were injured, while dozens of others suffocated in Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) attacks in the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem. Details are as follows:

On 29 September 2022, Rayan Yasir Suliman (7) died of heart failure while being chased by IOF in Teqoa’ village, Bethlehem, southern West Bank. (Details available in this press release).

On 01 October 2022, as part of their excessive use of force, IOF shot dead Fayez Khaled Damdom (18) in al-‘Eizariya village in occupied East Jerusalem. ( Details available in this press release).

On 03 October 2022, Salama Shari’ia (19) and Khaled ‘Anbar (21) were killed and a third one was injured before being arrested by IOF, who opened fire at a car those three were travelling under the pretext of their attempt to run over Israeli soldiers in Jalazone refugee camp in Ramallah. (Details available in this press release).

On 05 October 2022, ‘Alaa Nasir Zaghal (21) was killed after being shot with a live bullet in his head and 7 other Palestinians, including two journalists, were injured by IOF fire in clashes that accompanied IOF cordoning off a house after moving into Deir al-Hatab village, northeast of Nablus. Before their withdrawal, IOF arrested the Palestinian trapped in the house.

Meanwhile, those injured were victims of excessive use of force that accompanied IOF incursions into the cities and villages and suppression of peaceful protests organized by Palestinian civilians, and they were as follows:

On 29 September 2022, three Palestinians sustained wounds during clashes that accompanied IOF’s incursion into Dura village in Hebron. On the same day, a child was injured, and two Palestinians were arrested during clashes with IOF in Bab al-Zawiyia area, central Hebron.

On 30 September 2022, a child was shot with a rubber-coated bullet in his head and two Palestinians, including a child, were arrested during clashes with IOF near the 300 military checkpoint, north of Bethlehem. Also, five Palestinians, including a child, were injured by IOF fire during clashes that followed the latter’s suppression of Kafr Qaddoum weekly protest in northern Qalqilya.

On 01 October 2022, a child was shot with a rubber-coated bullet in his head during clashes with IOF in Al-Eizariya and Abu_Dis villages in occupied East Jerusalem, following the funeral of Palestinian teenager, Fayiz Damdoum, who was previously killed by IOF on the same day.

In the Gaza Strip, 3 shootings were reported on agricultural lands in eastern Gaza Strip, and 4 shootings were reported on fishing boats off the western Gaza shores, causing material damage to two fishing boats off northern Gaza shore.

On 02 October 2022, two paramedics working for the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) sustained bruises after IOF stopped their ambulance and assaulted them when the paramedics were on their way to Beit Furik village after clashes broke out there.

Land razing, demolitions, and notices

IOF demolished 3 houses, rendering a family of 5 persons, including 3 children, homeless, handed a notice to another house, and confiscated construction materials in the West Bank. Details are as follows:

On 29 September 2022, IOF demolished an under-construction house and two agricultural rooms, and handed notices to another house and an agricultural room in Artas village in southern Bethlehem under the pretext of unlicensed construction.

On 01 October 2022, IOF confiscated a generator and construction equipment after they raided an under-construction house in al-Jawaya village in Hebron, under the pretext of construction works in Area C without a prior permission.

On 02 October 2022, IOF demolished an under-construction house (104 sqms) in Irfa’iyia village in Hebron under the pretext of unlicensed construction.

On 03 October 2022, IOF demolished a house in eastern Hebron, under the pretext of unlicensed construction in Area C, rendering a family of 5 persons, including 3 children, homeless.

Since the beginning of 2022, Israeli occupation forces made 116 families homeless, a total of 691 persons, including 133 women and 313 children. This was the outcome of IOF demolition of 124 houses and 41 residential tents. IOF also demolished 92 other civilian economic objects, leveled vacant areas of land, and delivered dozens of notices of demolition, cease-construction, and evacuation.

Settler-attacks on Palestinian civilians and their properties:

On 30 September 2022,
Israeli settlers cut 10 olive trees in Bruqin village, west of Salfit.

On 03 October 2022, Israeli settlers damaged 25 olive trees and windows of a house in Madama and Huwara villages, southeast of Nablus. On the same day, Israeli settlers threw stones at a PRCS ambulance that was transporting a sick woman; as a result, the ambulance right window was broken.

Since the beginning of the year, settlers conducted at least 187 attacks. In two of the attacks, 2 Palestinians were killed.

IOF incursions and arrests of Palestinian civilians:

IOF carried out 179 incursions into the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem. Those incursions included raids and searches of civilian houses and facilities and establishment of checkpoints. During those incursions, 66 Palestinians were arrested, including 11 children. In the Gaza Strip, on 30 September 2022, IOF arrested a Palestinian who tried to infiltrate via the border fence adjacent to northern Gaza Strip.

Really I should just report you for out and out lying, but I don't believe in cancel culture.
There is nothing in that post to infer support for any ethnic cleansing of any people, nor have I ever supported any form of ethnic cleansing.
For you to make such a hateful and blatantly false claim is pathetic.

You really should just apologize and retract that post.

And your racist elitism refusing to give Hamas agency for their rejection of the idea of peace and their choice to use violence against civilians. Nice. Too bad Hamas steals so much money from their people to further their attempts at ethnic cleansing.

And why is it you still refuse to say Palestinians throwing rocks and firebombs at civilian cars is terrorism while saying Jews doing the same is?

There has been no peace to reject, no peace talks and only Israeli attacks on Gaza.

Your elite racism excuses Israeli violence on civilians in defence of Israel apartheid.
Gaza lives in the world's largest open air prison and you are surprised they occasionally resist this occupation and apartheid rule.

As for targeting civilians, its clear you support targeting civilians when Israel does it, as you support the Great March of Return, where Israel used snipers on civilian protesters every Friday for about a year.
Its just your overt racism means you refuse to admit that Palestinians can even be civilians, even when Amnesty, HRW, B'tselem state they are civilians you use your racist references on them.

Just stop supporting apartheid.
Stop supporting attacks on civilians.

jewish voice for peace once against promoting terrorism

(October 14, 2022 / JNS) Two anti-Israel groups held a protest calling for a violent uprising against the State of Israel at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday

According to a video released on social media, about 15 to 20 members of GWU’s Students for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace chapters stood outside of the GW Hillel chanting, “There is only one solution: intifada revolution.”

Intifada, translated as uprising or rebellion in Arabic, refers to two extended Palestinian waves of terrorism—the first from 1987 to 1993 and the second from 2000 to 2005.

According to GW SJP’s Facebook page, the protests came in response to pro-Israel student groups including the GW Mishelanu (an Israeli-American Council affiliate) and GW for Israel hosting a talk by Doron Tenne, assistant director of the Israel Security Agency and its attaché to the Embassy of Israel in Washington. SJP noted that Tenne held leadership roles in the Israel Defense Forces during the first intifada.

“Inviting a man who has directly overseen and commanded the mass slaughter of Palestinians and the continued land theft and hyper-militarization of our homeland—in the most explicit of terms—says that these organizations wholeheartedly support the actions of someone who could only be described as a war criminal,” GW SJP said in a statement.

According to a statement from GW Hillel, students who were in the building for the event, studying or participating in a student leadership meeting, were shouted at by the protestors, who called them “war criminals” and had signs saying “GW Hillel, you have blood on your hands.”
“We celebrate the rights of all to exercise free speech. However, when this exercise limits the ability of our Jewish students to freely learn, when property is vandalized, or when our home cannot be fully utilized as a result of aggressive behavior and actions, a line has been crossed,” the Jewish organization said.
“Zionism is not a dirty word, it is simply the belief that the Jewish state has the right to exist,” the group continued. “To direct vile speech around Zionists towards the Hillel building and our community does nothing to advance the cause of peace or the work of changemaking.”
Noted Jewish political columnist and GW alumnus Jeff Jacoby reacted to a video of the protest on Twitter.

“At GW, my alma mater, protesters chant their support for an ‘intifada’—i.e., killing of Jews through terrorism. Since the protesters hate Israel, they hate Jews,” Jacoby wrote. “Everyone should understand: In 2022, there is no meaningful difference between anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism.”
The protest is the second anti-Semitic incident that occurred around the building within the week. On Oct. 7, signs were discovered on lamp posts and on a bench around the building with anti-Zionist slogans, including one which stated “Zionists F**ck Off.”

Gil Preuss, CEO of The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, said in a statement last week that he was appalled by the anti-Semitic flyers.
“This hateful language is extremely harmful for GW’s Jewish students and the Jewish community at large, particularly on the heels of Yom Kippur and the upcoming holiday of Sukkot,” he wrote.

GW President Mark Wrighton and other administrators condemned both incidents in two statements, one after the flyer incident and another after the protest, strongly condemning “anti-Semitism and hatred, discrimination, and bias in all forms.”
“Each of us is pained by the harm caused by recent acts that appeared targeted to members of our community based on their Jewish faith or their affiliation with Hillel,” Wrighton wrote. “Honoring our commitments to diversity, inclusion, free expression, and community is a delicate and difficult balancing act, and this aspiration has never been more critically important.”

A history of Anti-Jewish Terrorism

The "Palestinian" people was invented in 1964 by Nasser, Arafat and the KGB. But already in the twenties and thirties, the first leader of Arabs living in the region of "Palestine", was a Nazi and a Jew hater.

Check the facts.

"We needed to instill a Nazi-style hatred for the Jews throughout the Islamic world, and to turn this weapon of the emotions into a terrorist bloodbath against Israel and its main supporter, the United States." — Yuri Andropov, Chairman of the Soviet KGB, later General Secretary of the Soviet Communist Party, as reported by General Ion Pacepa, former chief of Romania's intelligence services.

Why Did so Many Wanted Nazis Convert to Islam?
The list is long - but is there a connection?

There are Nazi grafts in Arab-Islamic terrorism.

At the top of the most wanted list of the Simon Wiesenthal Center there is a man who today would be one hundred years old. His name is Alois Brunner and he is responsible for the deaths of over 130,000 Jews. The Nazi hunters still place him in Syria, where he was last seen in 2001, protected by the regime of Bashar al-Assad.

Brunner was one of the most zealous ideologues and officials of the “Final Solution”, the plan for the extermination of the Jews. The idea haunted him to the point that in 1985 he said to the German magazine Bunte: “I regret that I didn’t finish the job”.

When the United Arab Republic of Syria was formed, Dr. Brunner took up residence at 7 George Haddad, in the embassy district of Damascus. In 1961, the year that Adolf Eichmann was captured by the Israelis in Buenos Aires, Brunner received a bomb-letter, probably from the Mossad and lost an eye.

Brunner, a personal friend of Hafez el Assad, took part in the construction of Syria's secret services on the model of the Gestapo.

In November 1967, the neo-Nazi organization Bund Heimattreuer Jugend published in Esslingen Hegensberg, West Germany, the obituary of Karl van Kynast: “Lieutenant (res.) of the Bundeswehr, Captain in the army of the United Arab Republic, he felt at the Suez Canal on 12 September, 1967”.

Brunner is, in fact, only the best known of a number of Nazi officials who participated in the construction of of the Islamic regimes and who died in those lands after converting to Islam.

This alliance between the Nazi swastika and the Islamic Koran is well explained in a 1942 article written by Johann von Leers, the best known of Nazi converts to Islam. Published in the newspaper “Die Judenfrage”, the article presented Judaism and Islam in terms of Hegel’s thesis and antithesis: “The hostility of Muhammad towards the Jews had a consequence: the Oriental Jews were totally paralyzed. If the rest of the world had adopted a similar policy, we would not have the ‘Jewish question’. Islam has made an eternal service to the world by preventing the conquest of Arabia by the Jews”.

One of the leaders of the “Jewish Affairs” in Galicia, Altern Erich, converted to Islam and took the name of “Ali Bella” in Egypt, where he trained Palestinian terrorists.

Leopold Gleim was known through his original name as a head of the Gestapo in Poland, but became “Ali al- Nahar” at the service of the Egyptian dictator Nasser.

Oskar Dirlewanger, after killing tens of thousands of Jews in the Ukraine, became the bodyguard of the Egyptian dictator. Dr. Heinrich Willerman, famous for some of the most atrocious experiments at Dachau, and directed the terrorist “Camp Samarra” in Egypt.

After having “liquidated” the Warsaw ghetto, Kurt Baurnann joined the Ministry of War in Cairo and trained the Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

The head of the Gestapo in Düsseldorf, Joachim Daemling, went to work at the Egyptian prison system.

Even François Genoud, the famous banker of Nazism, testamentary heir of Adolf Hitler and Joseph Goebbels, used the war treasure of the Reich to finance the Arab- Muslim anti-Jewish causes, and in 1959, gave birth to “International Association of Friends of the Arab World”.

Walter Rauff, who invented the “gas vans” which killed at 97,000 Jews during the Holocaust, in 1948 tortured Jews in Damascus.

Boeckler Wilhelm became “Abd al Karim”, the SS Wilhelm Berner instructed Palestinian terrorists, the SS Gruppenführer Alois Moser became “Hassan Sulayman”.

In Cairo lived Hans Eisele, “Dr. Eisele”, who in Dachau became notorious for torturing prisoners with injections of cyanide. Even Otto Skorzeny, the SS commander who freed Mussolini from his prison on the Gran Sasso, lived in Cairo, where he perfected the Intelligence Services of Nasser's regime.

Among the collaborators of Skorzeny there was also an official of the Goebbels Ministry of Propaganda, Franz Buensch, an “expert on the Jewish problem” who had worked with Adolf Eichmann on the “Final Solution” and had also written a book entitled “Sexual Habits of the Jews”, perhaps the most repugnant document produced by the Nazis.

In the Egyptian capital there was another infamous doctor, Aribert Heim, “Dr. Tod”, Dr. Death, so named because of the cruelty of his experiments in the camps of Buchenwald, Sachsenhausen and Mauthausen. Heim converted to Islam under the name of “Tarek Hussein Farid”. He sported an Islamic beard, he went to the al Azhar mosque every morning and read the Koran in the German translation.

The collaborator of Goebbels, Johann von Leers, was solemnly received in Cairo by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al Husseini: “We thank you for having fought against the powers of darkness incarnated by world Jewry”. After converting to Islam, Von Leers assumed the name of “Omar Amin von Leers” and in Cairo occupied many posts in the administration of Nasser.

When Tom Cruise in 2008 produced the movie “Valkyrie”, Major Otto Ernst Remer, who in the film has the face of Thomas Kretschmann, was portrayed as a key figure in the bloody suppression of the conspiracy that tried to assassinate Adolf Hitler. In 1993, an Egyptian newspaper interviewed Remer, who hailed the Khomeini revolution, said that the gas chambers were “lies” and who compared the defeat of Nazi Germany to that of the Palestinian Arabs, “both victims of the Jews, both suffered under occupation”.

And how to forget that neo-Nazis helped Yasser Arafat in 1972's Munich massacre?

This is not an exotic, distant story, it sheds a dramatic light on the existential war between political Islam and the Jews.

While reading these and other stories of Nazi officials who fought for Islam, I am reminded of the project of the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haji Amin al Hussein, who planned to install a gas chamber and a crematorium near Nablus/Shechem. That is the real “occupation”, that of a genocidal and totalitarian ideology at war with the Jews in their own land.

A Birkenau in the desert. A Mauthausen which would have liked to set foot on Mount Zion.

Was there a country called "Palestine" before 1948? Who really are the Palestinians? What was the connection between Nazism, communism, and Palestinian nationalism? Why do media always take Palestinians side against Israel? And so much more. Everything in this film is factual and can be checked.

Jewish Voice for Peace: Increasing Anti-Israel Radicalism | ADL

Harassing LGBT Groups:
One of JVP’s longtime tactics has been to allege that Israel’s proud record of support for LGBTQ rights is merely a way of directing attention away from its mistreatment of Palestinians. Recently JVP has taken this tactic to the next level, targeting a pro-Israel LGBTQ youth group with harassment at the Celebrate Israel Parade in NYC on June 4. According to reports, JVP members disrupted the LGBTQ contingent, cutting their microphones and blocking them from marching. JVP also supported the expulsion of the Jewish group, A Wider Bridge, from the Chicago Dyke March on the grounds that they carried rainbow flags which resembled Israeli flags, stating after the incident that Zionism is the equivalent of supporting “racism and violence.”

Celebrating Palestinians Convicted of Terrorism:
In its zeal to condemn Israel at every opportunity, JVP has celebrated figures who have been convicted of engaging in terrorism, including Rasmea Odeh and Marwan Barghouti.

JVP feted Odeh at its 2017 conference, describing her as “a feminist leader… [who has] survived decades of Israeli and US government persecution and oppression.” In fact, Odeh was sentenced to life in prison by an Israeli military court in 1970 for her membership in an illegal terrorist organization and for planting the explosives used in two 1969 Jerusalem bombings.

On June 2, JVP ran a paid advertisement in the Jewish newspaper, The Forward, which featured an extended quote from Barghouti alleging that Israel has purposely inflicted suffering on Palestinians who are incarcerated in Israeli prisons. Bizarrely, JVP described Barghouti as the leader of a Palestinian prisoner hunger strike, omitting the fact that he is a terrorist convicted of murdering five Israelis.

It's remarkable how little has changed since 67. The equation remains exactly the same: Palestinian Arabs put down their weapons= negotiated settlement. Israel puts down its weapons= no more Jews in the Middle East.

Lots has changed.
Israel has colonized and taken over way more of Palestine and installed half a million 'settlers' creating apartheid Israel.

Now we have the elected government of Israel out doing this:
Waving a pistol, Israeli official urges settlers to kill Palestinians
Lately, there has been a surge in settler violence across both holy sites and Palestinian neighborhoods in the West Bank

So settlers are obeying the government, this is what I believe basketcase calls 'peaceful Jews out on a walk' or something.
24 hours of hell’: Israeli settler gangs terrorize Palestinian town under army protection
Huwwara has been under near constant attack since Thursday afternoon, when groups of armed settlers began attacking several points in the town as they were escorted and enabled by the Israeli army.

While Gaza isn't firing rockets, they are just protesting.

Weapons? This is what basketcase likes to describe as civilians.,

ROTFLMFAO!! One thing did change. Israel is a dynamic first world democracy with great social services and good standard of living. The rest is exactly the same. One day, when the Palestinian Arabs stop hating the Jews and think about their children, peace will come. They can't rely on you for stocking the hatred forever.
