I think a big part of the problem is that the USA is actually too poor to enforce the myriad of laws on the books. But successful escort service owners, successful Hookers and Pimps have cash. Don't forget states get to keep the shiny toys that they sieze.

Essentially the cops are armed tax collectors. BTW Canada is heading in that direction. The USA has regulated itself out of business.

Why anyone would use a credit card to pay for it in the U.S. is beyond me. Cash is your friend! If no money, one could get a credit card cash advance...but don't pay on the card.
