Still too confusing.Seriously? 13 1/2 years on this forum, almost 3800 posts and you never posted a pic, or know how?
Simple:
Open up a second tab on your browser.
Go to Google
Search: "Naked Mature Woman" (for the purpose of this thread...)
Click Images...
Select one you wanna post.
Right Click the image... and select "View Image"
Copy the URL of the image e.g. http://nakedactiongirls.itheidiot.c...action-girl-crissy-moran-as-a-new-recruit.jpg
Back to the Terb tab and click "Reply to Thread"
Type: "" (Or you can click the "Insert Image" Icon from the message menu and paste the URL into the dialogue box that opens...![](http://" then paste the URL then type")
Click Submit Reply.
The result:
A couple things to note:
- This forum has an Image Size rule of 600 pixels wide and 800 pixels tall, but it is loosely enforced.
- It irritates a lot of people if you start thread after thread of similarly related pic posts, so best to keep them all in one thread, e.g. Homer's "Legs" thread or Curious George's "Small boobs" threads are perfect examples of how it should be done.

Less pay - as of today, your remuneration has been reduced by 25%.
Shorter vacations - Your vacation time has now been reduced to one day per quarter, or with special permission, four consecutive days per year.
Now, get back to work.
