Rachelle you do have beautiful teeth and lots of other great parts. I was simply trying to let you and PK Jessica know that implants are great. If they make you feel better about how you look then go ahead. In our society nobody hesitates to get their teeth fixed up for cosmetic reasons and/or to make themselves feel better so go ahead do your breasts. They'll look great and you'll feel great!

Considerations
Seriously, there are many considerations beyond what we men think:
1) It is surgery requiring general anesthetic, there are risks with all surgery. Even as day surgery you will need someone to take care of you or that day and they should stay with you that night.
2) Implants can make the nipples less sensitive. The loss of an erogenous zone is important.
3) Consider where the implant will be made. If it is subglandular it can feel hard and risks slipping to the side. Submuscular has a longer recovery period but is better to the touch and is more stable.
4) Most importantly, if you are not comfortable with your body shape then go ahead and do it. If you are comfortable but feel that it would attract men, then (tax considerations aside) it may not be a good investment.
I think that some of the most beautiful women in the world are in Brazil. Brazilian women tend to have smaller breasts and larger buttocks (in fact men and women have buttock implants).PKJessica said:

I prefer small breasted ladies, whether they be in the 32 A to 34 B range. anything more then a mouth full is a waste.

I prefer naturals. Fakes wouldn't be a deal breaker for booking, but they would quite likely be a deal breaker for a return visit. The sad thing is, I've not known anyone who got them because the naturals were saggy or otherwise 'unattractive' in some way, just girls who wanted to replace perfectly good 'A's or 'B's with 'C's or 'D's. If it aint broke, don't fix it!
Although I have seen and felt a few that were attractive, they were only a minor enhancement, probably just enough to firm up sagging tissue or very soft breast tissue.

Generally speaking, I'm not a fan of the manmades... Most fake boobs only look good when they're in a nice fitting blouse/ sweater etc or in a sexy bra, or bikini... but naked, they just look silly IMHO. There are a few exceptions to the rule of course... (usually the REALLY expensive ones, placed under the muscle and not OVERLY inflated) just a general comment IMHO. It appears that the same sentiment is echoed on this thread time and time again...

There are very few men who don't look twice and then stare (trying to pretend they're not) when a woman with bolt ons under their clothing walks in. I think that's what most women are going for--how they look/feel naked is secondary, although it's always worked for strippers...

I love breasts: real ones, fake ones, HUGE ones, tiny ones. As long as the owners like and take care of them, the breasts are worshipped by me.
I prefer large, fake or real. Not a fan of the teeny ones. Are there many SP's in Ottawa with fake?
