It's common knowledge that coming to Toronto makes you poor. As part of the point system wealth Is Look at as a positive for my immigration. Any professional Immigrating to Toronto or Canada in general Find the qualifications to be useless and I have to reupline and start. Not entirely true. A doctor for example can go right to medical school they don't have to do bachelors. Well that's still 6 years of education Or at least 2 That they won't be making any money and fact will have to pay money to get qualifications. There is nothing more demoralizing Repeating things you already know. It might be easy in theory but it's really really hard and practice. Example if you're in grade school and somebody ask you what animal something is and you say it's a dog you're wrong because it's a doggy. Dog is the wrong answer. If you can play your a bad student.

Immigration another hand for students Taking classes in Canada is not different than anyone else. I didn't ask the family they come from likely to be very rich. Immigrates That I know personally I forget that back home they come from the upper class. If they get in trouble they can call daddy And get 100,000 large sums wired tothe bank account.

but their personal wealth Is Is student Level. ie poor.

And no matter What their wealth all immigrants must buy everything in scratch. Spoons for the kitchen Car House et cetera. And there's all the legal issues for moving to a new country. It's expensive to move to another country. Has someone who has Work abroad It's surprising When you realize you have nothing in the new country And spend your 1st year just buying stuff.
There are challenges with immigration and everyone who comes here knows that. There is such a thing called the internet where we can look up challenges you would face when you immigrate such as renting without credit history, the canadian experience requirement, more expensive living etc., We plan for it when we come and we have sufficient funds to hold us over. I came by myself, hired a real estate agent while I was abroad and signed the contract online so when I moved I moved into my apartment straight, had sufficient savings to hold me over for more than a year at current prices and so on. I wasn't poor by any stretch. Neither were my friends who immigrated here. Otherwise how could they have bought a house in the GTA within 3 years of moving?

Ed you're saying you're experiencing is Is standard for the average immigrant? Or that the average person should be able to buy a house within 3 years? What percentage of Toronto immigrants Fit your demographic Best guess?

Buying a house may depend. But the majority who come here as permanent residents the way I did come here with much more than the average Canadian who has graduated from college and is looking for a job. Atleast 6 months to 1 year buffer is normal.
