Apparently emigration to from Great Britain to North America wasn't covered very well in the Danish educational system (not that I can see much reason why it would be). To remedy the deficiency may I suggest Professor David H. Here I was about to write something disparaging about the Borders (from whence most in Appalachia are descended).
