One of the best subs I've ever had, when I found one close to me a few years ago. The price was an eye opener but I made 2 meals out of one sub. Beats the heck out of Subway.

Im not a fan of sliced meat unless we are talking this .....
I had something more like this in mind
I got the steak and Swiss cheese with sautéed mushrooms green pepper jalapeño and more veggies ....
but its really cool that you mentioned the brisket because I didn't see that initially that's the one ill get next time so as I waited with 14 people in front of me yes its that fridge busy so you know its good but waiting for 38 minutes to grab my dinner is a pain in the ass. People were walking in picking up there online orders. So that's the ticket to order online before you get there otherwise its a long wait .but I ordered the large and I could only eat half so other half for tomorrow.
The French have some good subs they might be willing to let you have cheap. No risk from radiation leaks...
So I had my first Firehouse Sub today (the Italian, not toasted).
They are pretty good. Better than Subway I think.
I'm guessing the reason why they're so expensive is because they appear to have 3X more meat and are 1.5 larger than regular subs.
I will try the Beef and Cheddar next, and the Club on a Sub after that
