We're talking about my neighbor here. There is a sidewalk on my side of the street.

My neighbors house is a corner lot. His front door is on the West side of the house, and the driveway is on the South side. He made a walkway connection to the street in front of the sidewalk on the West side of his house and cut the coax cable while doing so.
