All I know for certain is that there is NO WAY she was trying to run them down, that was a lie and the ICE agent should be arrested for murder. Her wheels were clearly pointed away from the ICE agent. He wanted to kill someone so he did.

I heard 3 shots fired.
The first shot was when the ICE agent was in front of the vehicle to it's front, far left side. The agent is already holding his firearm as and after the vehicle reverses. As she moves forward, most likely in deadly fear of the drawn firearm she wheels the vehicle to the right, going in a direction away from the ICE agent, but the agent most likely did not and most likely could not know this at the time.
However, the 2nd and 3rd shots were fired when he was to the side of the vehicle where he was clearly not in any imminent threat of death or grievous bodily harm.
DHS policy is not to disable a driver of a moving vehicle because that moving vehicle no longer under the control of the driver becomes a weapon against the public as witnessed by the vehicle in this case smashing into parked cars.
Does or can anyone provide an image or video of her front windshield which may or may not show a bullet hole or shattered windshield?

From the videos I saw there were no ICE agents on the passenger side of her vehicle.
The agent who shot her was standing partially blocking her driver side front fender and perhaps headlight. No more than that.
She turned her wheels right in an attempt to avoid hitting him, and escape.
He jumped out of the way, to the left of the vehicle, and immediately began firing at her through the driver side window.
Any bullet holes in the passenger side window or windshield were misses, or through & through her body or head.
No capital offense that I saw by the woman, under any U.S. legal standard.
Manslaughter on the part of the ICE officer, at best...

Just watched the stop action video on NBC Nightly News.
Showed the ICE shooter a bit more in front of the vehicle than I originally perceived, but still able to jump out of the way as she drove forward.
There is a bullet hole in left lower side of the windshield, though not sure the timing of that shot.
If the agent had his weapon out and pointing at her, I can just imagine her fear and desire to escape, turning her wheels to avoid him and not escalate the situation to where he would fire his weapon.

The left lower corner placement of the shot, shows he was to the left of the vehicle as it was turning right.
