This is TERB, we'll have a bunch of people in here explaining how the cop was right to shoot her soon enough.
They will soon be in here now that their exalted leader has given them their talking points on how to handle this murder.
BOOM, just like clock work. LOL

Your idea of no threat and my idea of no threat seem to differ. The victim was an activist and professional agitator. She used her vehicle as a weapon in an attempt to run over 2 ICE agents.

What proof does Kristi Noem have without an investigation of who this murder victim actually was???

Hmmm...will the police of Minneapolis arrest the ICE agent, and will he fact actual consequences? Considering the history of police shootings in the US....I feel like it is unlikely. They'll use the well used excuse that the ICE agent feared for his life because the car was coming straight for him...Or, the Feds will swoop in to make it a federal case, where they will decide to do....well, nothing and not prosecute.

Here's something from the CBC: https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/ice-minneapolis-fatal-shooting-immigration-9.7036617

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, during a visit to Texas, described the incident as an "act of domestic terrorism" carried out against ICE officers by a woman who "attempted to run them over and rammed them with her vehicle. An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively, shot, to protect himself and the people around him."
Though the video doesn't really support this version of events...

ICE thugs are just cowards. They cover their faces like cowards, they refuse to go after the hardened criminals and only go after the easy to get, low hanging fruit. It would be different if they actually tried to enforce this shit with actual gang members....

Where's your evidence of her being a "professional agitator?" And when does being an activist give any law enforcement the right to use deadly force? Of course you would you claim she was trying to run down the agents. That's what they're saying. She didn't gun the engine, the dude had ample time to move out of the way. He could have let her drive off, and if he was really upset about it, he could have called an actual cop to arrest her.

Lol if there was evidence of her running over someone . That falls under self defense...now the question is was there evidence she tried to ran over someone...a vehicle is just as lethal as a gun...if someoneninside a vehicle tried to shoot you would shooting the tires help?

She didn't. Her wheels and car were maneuvring away from the officer when he murdered her.

And even if she was hitting him at a very slow speed, the officer used excessive force by firing a kill shot at point blank range. It's straight up Murder 2.

You must have seen a different video angle than both I have seen. In the ones I saw the agent was near her left headlight, and was able to easily move out of the way when she moved forward turning somewhat right.

I didn't know that trying to escape the scene was a capital offense for an unknown citizen, whether she was an activist/agitator or not. And how do you know she was?.

Probably a trigger happy for sure if there isn't evidence...now do you think all ice agents are gonna start shooting people? Where was the outrage when 2 national guards were shot?
