Sorry no. We are talking pre-internet here back in the 80's. He found them through an ad in the paper. Vancouver Sun to be exact. Basically it worked like this. You pay a fee they send you a catalogue of ladies. You pick as many as you want but must pay another fee for contact info on each one you pick. Then you write letters, talk on phone etc. In this case he picked three. At end of a couple of months he was down to one he liked best. More letters back and forth. He went to visit her. Next month after she came to Canada for a visit and they got married. I think the whole thing took about 6 or 8 months. Now with Internet I'm sure contact is a lot quicker etc. I would think this is a very buyer beware situation though. Make sure company you deal with has a good track record etc.
