In all seriousness everything you wrote means absolutely nothing. Maybe she contacts all her students by skype. Who knows. It all means nothing.
However there's no harm in seeing where it goes. Can you work up any excuse to be in the city she's in? If so drop her a line saying hey, I am coming by the city next week, do you want to meet up for coffee?
Worst thing that can happen is she says no.
