What people don't know is SP's who are new often go through the same issue with their vag. It is the new amount of "usage" that their body is not use to. It will get easier for him over time. Lots more lub will help but spacing out work time and clients per day until you get use to amount of fucking is better.

For him, I would also suggest at home training for larger sizes as he may not be use to that. Start with a butt plug of the size he is use to and then slowly go up in size.

Like most things, it will just take time.

Question from a straight guy. Why is that anything in a post relating to gay or bi males brings out a few guys expressing macho disapprobation?

But, does anyone know of the longterm effects of having anal sex? Does it cause cancer?
Umm... No. You must also think you can get HIV from a toilet seat too.

No idea on cancer but I am thinking that at the very least regular practitioners will end up with hemorrhoids and possibly incontinence.
Myth... long since debunked.

legmann, good points. Interesting that when people people post these alarmist possibilities that they never back it up with a link to a study that supports the hypothesis. It is SO easily researched on the internet.

A male friend of mine recently started escorting. He is very new to this, only been doing it for at the most, three weeks. He's been complaining that his behind is sore. I can only imagine what he's going through. I never offered that service with clients so I don't know what that feels like. Is there anything he can do? Either to stop this from happening again... Or to ease the discomfort. Is it just something he'll have to get used to?
wear a buttplug around before goign to work! stretches..

Try Wet Light lube. I was told that gay porn actors use it cuz it's the best. As with male or female, the person needs to be relaxed and relax their sphincter muscles or it will be painful. I've done greek with several women and they all told me these same things.
Pretzel, did you find relaxing your sphincter reduced the pain? :D
