i need a little help. my wife and i were watching t.v. around 9pm and turned the tv to the history channel and there was a woman talking about the movie that was about to start. to me that woman looked and sounded like sue johanson. my wife is vivid that it is not her and i said it was 100% her. we have a bet on it the loser makes breakfast tomorrow. please help me get a good breakfast and tell me that it was sue

Actually that lady DOES look like Sue, but it's not as far as I know. I've seen her as well, but that lady is not Sue. *pats your shoulder.* I mean, she is older but has a full head of hair, unlike Sue who's hair is thinning. Sue is also a bit thinner than this lady, and has some sun spots. Haha... I hope that you like making breakfast! ^_^ (I tried to find her name, but I can't unfortunately.)
Its not Sue Johanson, its Anne Medina. She hosts the History Channel movies. Easy mistake to make, though. Once women get over 120 years old they all start to look the same

Hungry Man's Breakfast Casserole
Stir together shredded potatoes and butter. Line bottom and sides of a medium glass baking dish with potato mixture. Combine sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, pepper, cottage cheese and eggs; pour mixture into baking dish.
Bake for 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the casserole comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
* 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
* 3 cups shredded potatoes -- drained and pressed
* 1/4 cup butter -- melted
* 12 ounces mild Cheddar cheese -- shredded
* 1/2 cup onion -- shredded
* 1/2 cup green pepper -- chopped
* 1 pound small curd cottage cheese
* 6 jumbo eggs
