It has been awhile but when I first took it I couldn't calm down and I have some shakes. Kind of like ODing on caffeine. The side effects when away after awhile. If you have blood pressure you might want to talk to your doctor first.

I use Cuts from GNC....

Its more natural (supposedly).....You shouldn't get the shakes and it shouldn't keep you up at night...

At least not like Hydroxycut....Its much stronger...

All these products have been useless since they took the Ephedra out of them.

Hydroxycut hardcore is a good product but you have to eat clean and workout on a regular basis to see the effects. You take Hydroxycut per body weight, so a 200 pound man will take about 3 to 4 a day and a 120 pound woman will take 1 to 2 a day.

True.... I worked out 5 days a week for 3 weeks in June and I lost 7lbs and that was with only 20 a day cardio +1hr free weights. Also I wasnt eating THAT clean so it's quite amazing if you stick to a workout plan your body's calorie burning engine turns on and stays on 24/7.

Dont use fat burners, you dont need to.

The Stuff works for sure. You will have to get the U.S. version the stuff in Canada does not work any more.

You can get it at smaller stores and not the big chains or order it on line from the States thats what I do.

I don't really use it as a fat burner but more of a workout supplment, I take 2about an hour before I train and get a great workout. It really works well and you can have some very intense workouts, even on the days you don't feel like training.

You might get the shakes the first time you take it it does raise your heart rate and body tempature thats how it burns fat. You will not be hungry after taking it but will have to force yourself to eat. A low carb shake will work. Also don't take it late in the day you won't be able to sleep that night. and you will sweat a lot.

The USA versions removed ephedra a few years ago as well.

It's all complete crap now.

Don't waste your money. The only 2 supplements worth anything are whey protein powder and creatine monohydrate.

You also need BCAA and Glutamine to build muscle. You have to remember that everybodys body is different and you need to find the right formula that works for you.

That all depends. What you want to do is to increase your metabolism. Not eating will make your body think it is starving, and it will hold on to whatever fat in can because it goes into survival mode. Hence the "yo yo" effect.

5 small meals spaced out over the day, every 2 to 3 hours is a good way to get your metabolism going. Plus of course plenty of water, exercise and rest.

So..if you want to lose weight, you have to eat more, not less.

Of course you have to eat healthy.

Just stick to Ephedrine & caffeine ... it's cheaper and way more effective. Just drink a lot of water when taking them both.

I had taken a decongestant while in the U.S. not realizing that Ephedrine is a common ingredient, and I and it was terrifying! How can people choose to take something that causes your heart to fluctuate and flutter like that?!

That aside, I do know that many people react differently to the same drug. I've never needed to enlist in a dietary aid to lose weight, but from friends experiences, Hydroxycut is strong stuff, can keep you up at night and cause heart palpitations. I also have to add from knowing and watching these people, I haven't found that the meds made any difference that a healthy diet and moderate exercise wouldn't have done alone.

He's right... If you try and starve your body in hopes of losing weight you will slow your metabolism down to a crawl. What happens then is your body doesn't know when next it will get food so it starts eating itself (cannibalism). This way is very unhealthy and even if you were to starve yourself down 30lbs as soon as you start eating normal again you will put the weight back on and maybe more.
So to lose weight you have to eat several SMALL HEALTHY meals a day PLUS exercise at least 3 times a week. I would suggest 30min weights and 30 min cardio 3 times a week

I've tried lots of them (but winnie stacked with Halotestin and GH is unbeatable)

but for over the counter I found Lipo-6 to work best with a good meal plan and cardio on an empty stomach. (just roll out of your bed onto your treadmill located beside your bed and do cardio for an hour) You will be lean 'en mean in 30 days. ;)
