True.... I worked out 5 days a week for 3 weeks in June and I lost 7lbs and that was with only 20 a day cardio +1hr free weights. He's right... If you try and starve your body in hopes of losing weight you will slow your metabolism down to a crawl. What happens then is your body doesn't know when next it will get food so it starts eating itself (cannibalism). This way is very unhealthy and even if you were to starve yourself down 30lbs as soon as you start eating normal again you will put the weight back on and maybe more.smiley27 said:Brilliant!
