I've herd Lexus is going to come out with a Hybrid SUV as well - Toyota quality of legendary so that might be the safest bet.
But if you are doing this for political reasons (giving the old middle finger to the oil companies) is it better to give extra money to the car companies instead. Can this technology cost justify itself?
My wife is a rabid tree hugger (so you can imagine how the above paragraph plays at home ;-) so I've suggested she buy a Lexus when they come out - she feels good and there is still room for the kids and dog.
