From what I see the prosecution has absolutely nothing. Hunters own memoirs and his laptop are the only evidence they have. It on no way proves he was on drugs when he bought a gun. The cocaine residue on the holster is also nothing because it was not even in his possession before it was found. Unless the prosecutors have him on tape at the gun store smoking crack there is no way they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was using crack at the time of the gun purchase. Its as ridiculous as OJ being found guilty of murder just because he wrote a book and with 0 other evidence. When hunter is acquitted we will hear the guaranteed MAGA maniacal outrage.
