HTML Thumbnail image link programing web page craeation? Can anyone help?

I need a guy (or girl) that has basic html weblink webpage creation ability using thumbnail images as a link directly to a website. I want this to be as easy as me copying and pasting this html code into the message fields of anything that can support it, and it displaying as simple thumbnail images with minor text, that hold direct links to a website or webpage when clicked.

If anyone can handle this type of thing please PM me. We can work it out from there.

Not sure if I understand what you're after. In particular, I don't know what you mean by "thumbnail images with minor text".

Does this look like what you're after?
<a href="http://website"><img src="link-to-thumbnail" alt="text for hover" /></a>

The "alt" text should be displayed if the browser can't display the image.

Or do you want the image to show a virtual mirror of the websites main page

I think that's what I meant. Lol.
