Would this be an extreme case of how black women act, I've never had any meaningful or lengthy interactions with black women, although I have booked a few and had no issues. Although these were half hour paid encounters with no reason for conflict.

Just saw that, you're right he didn't need to and a lot of other commenters, (a lot of who are black) also agreed that he didn't have to apologize.
I like this comment though from a black female. "i feel sorry for non-blacks. they just can't escape the racist witch hunt. yes, racism exists. *there is some form of prejudice (racism, sexism, tribalism, etc.) all over the world* all you have to do is be white and do something that black people don't like (sneeze without covering your mouth) and bam, you're racist. the first thing out our mouths whenever something happens...."______ happened because i'm black". we need to stop using that as a crutch."
