I think it is your choice of what to do....You now know of cures and how to fix it....
Not that I have unprotected sex but I think of my EX and how many times I forgave him for fooling around on me and I know he ALWAYS or almost always had unprotected sex....( I know 'cause I caught him several times)

Myself I do not like to see anyones marriage fall apart for any reason. If there is a way to get the medication into your wife if you have had contact with her after this incident I say do it. Especially if you already have children do what ever it takes to keep the marriage together.
If your doctor is a good friend of yours maybe he could assist you in this matter and have her go for a check up in which only you and the doctor know honestly what the outcome may be. Maybe he could lie and say she has a mild yeast infection or something to help you out. Maybe you could even go back to the same doctor and ask him to be buddy like and do this favour for you. Even if it means slipping him some extra cash.
The trick would be to get her in there in the first place. Maybe just innocently say when was your last physical and say you saw some magazines or something.

If you haven't had sex with her don't tell her anything. Your married right ? I'm sure she's used to going without sex for at least two or three weeks. Get your pills and shut the f*&%k up ! Go to bed early every night. Fake an illness. Your under the weather. Just don't touch her. Now, if you have had sex, I take this all back. Zithromax DOES take care of it, but you have to abstain for 3-4 weeks I believe it was. My wife had it when we started dating. She must have had it some time as she was getting severe stomach cramps etc. My doctor said that the chances were low of me getting it from her as I had tested negative. Having had said that, he still prescribed me the one pill of Zithro, no sex for a couple of weeks and it was gone. We both had to re-do the tests.
I guess you could slip it to her, but she does have the right to know don't you think? Wouldn't you want to know?
Personally, if anyone snuck a pill into anything I ingested, I would be severely pissed.

Unless it's a life threatening disease that can get you extremely ill (hepatitis, HIV, syphilis and a few others) - and by the way, you should get tested for all of these, judging by the way you seem to have caught it ), unless it is something thet requires immediate and prolonged extensive treatment, don't tell.
If it's a disease that will change your life and the ones of your spouse and kids and loved ones and sex partners, by all mean, come clean.
If it's something that can be cured by one pill, save your mariage and the agravation.
But as a penance, do a search on terb on BBJ**** and forward your thread to all who ask for it, or brag about it as a sobbering thought.
And DO warn all the SPs youv'e seen, so they can get tested too!
I think you need to be more "ethical" about terbites, who could spread this ten times tenfold than your wife ever will, check yourself thoroughly, and save your marriage AND your wife and your health: give her the pill IMHO.

Probably a few, who are still active on the board. Maybe not the hobby ad living vicariously through others.
Probably a few that will read this post, then decide in a sobering thought that they will change their ways and retire from the hobby.
A few others will change what they will and won't risk for an encounter.
I have caught, and been caught. I've gotten through it, and ended a relationship over it. It is one of the roughest times you will ever go through. I've even had to explain it to the kids (rightfully so since it was me that caused the whole mess)
But you might just be surprised what a little honesty will do and a cup to cover the boys will do in the end.
Personally I'd tell her that you have it. And answer only what's asked ... You never know where you might have gotten it.

get tested now AND in three months. Some incubation periods are that long.
