- pull back the foreskin and polish around the head
- scrub your armpits
- part the cheeks and scrub between 'em
- juggle the balls with soap

I was gonna say, shave the crack too, lather it up, and stick your finger up your rectum to clean it with soap. Use the shower spray (manual wand) to rinse out.
Better yet - bidet or douche (especially if you want to be rimmed).
