I eat tiny portions/ snack sized meals so it's like 6 or 7 times a day.... Every 3 hours. Super annoying.... If you have appointments and errands, there better be a vending machine where you're going....

But I know people that eat just 3 times, breakfast, lunch & dinner. I tried doing this this but got SUPER DUPER HANGRY. Also very tired, sweaty, stinky. It's very hard to eat large portions and takes so damn forever. Like a good hour each time.

Two meals a day, plus small snacks in between if I feel my sugar going low. Mildly hypoglycemic.

Definitely a snack around 11:30 pm before bed...

I am doing the intermittent fasting regime (16/8). 16 hours of no eating and then 8 hours of eating. My first meal is around noon and then I eat whatever I want until about 8 pm. During the 16 hours fasting period you can have water, tea, coffee. There is no formal limit to the calories you can eat or what you can eat during those 8 hours.

Difficult at first and then you get used to it.

I might get stricter (18/6 or 20/4) but haven't decided yet.

Doing the same thing - first meal is a protein shake at noon. Feel great and even decreased my blood sugar levels.

Twice a day about 4 to 6 hours apart on average.

Every now and then I'll throw a third one in there later so my body doesn't get to comfortable with the intermittent fasting and responds by slowing down my metabolism.
