His name is Adam Plimmer, he's 33 and he attacked a 75 year old man, not once but twice (also in a previous story).

Adam, you better be thankful that I'm not Silverman's son, or you'd have your ass in a sling right now. Cowardly and low rent all in one delightful package.

According to one blog, he also forcefully removed a homeless man from his store after the man, attracted by one of his bait and switch ads, asked a genuine question about the deal. He tossed him onto the street.

Ok, ok, ok, now that I see the whole video, I agree that Plimmer is disturbed.

There should be appropriate penalties for his outburst.

And it was extremely classy that Silverman and City News only want Plimmer to pay restitution.
