Or depending on the time when she does the cleaning may be you could prepare a nice meal (either lunch or dinner) and just ask her if she would like to stay over for lunch/dinner, if she can't due to work hours, then just ask her jokingly what's her fav dish and that you will prepare it for her next time....basically all you wanna do is to break the boss/client relationship and want to be her friend.
I remember a few yrs back, I was staying in a small motel in Montreal, and there was this young smoking university student who was doing house keeping, she was also part-time lifeguard at the pool.....
somehow I befriended her at the pool and the next morning I was still in bed recovering from a hangover, she knocked at my door for housekeeping....I let her in, we chitchatted a bit and then while she was cleaning my room, I jumped into a quick shower....
