They don’t give any information about the current status of the confirmed cases, though if you dig a little online you can find out a few things.
Man in Toronto was released. The 2nd was his wife who I believe was quarantined at home? Not sure.
The 3rd was a young woman from Wuhan who was returning to London for school. Apparently she had a very mild case, and was almost missed by the screeners, which is why they now send all tests to Winnipeg for confirmation. She wore a mask on her flight and is not considered to have been a risk to infect anyone due to her low viral load. Of course they won’t say what flight she was on.
Undoubtedly there are going to be more cases in Canada. I read one article that said the incubation period is more like 24 days than 14.
I expect more than a few will test positive in Trenton eventually. It’s good to see low numbers and recoveries though, and I hope that things stay that way.
