Seriously, dry shaving works well. Wet also works but I don't use cream as I need to see what I'm doing. A small mirror helps as well when you're trying to get at the spot under your scrotum.

Patience is the key and always use a fresh razor.

go with the Mach 3 razor - and shave em everytime you shower. Cuts down on the itching and leaves ya soft and baby smooth every day. All you need is the water from the shower, but occasionally I'll pamper myself with shaving cream too.
