I'm going to assume it's a texture thing then. I've seen it before in friends. But I just can't fathom it.
I actually had it by accident I ordered a well done steak and the person gave me the Medium Rare and I didn't notice until i took a bite of it because I was to busy talking to a friend and I tried it and it didn't like it at all it taste like blood or something like that it was a long time ago but it wasn't for me maybe the guy made it horrible but it's not for me

And sorry if I sound rude or anything I'm not trying to be rude or anything I'm just a very straight forward person sometimes to straight forward

Nah, you good. Being a foodie type I always check if someone has tried it. Usually it's something people get from family. Or bad information. But there are some who have an aversion to certain textures.

I eat my fish at MR too unless sushi. Obviously shellfish fully cooked.

Oblivion
The purpose of the horseradish is to offset the taste of the blood in a steak that is not well done.
A steak that is putrid or rancid and bloody cannot be disguised with horseradish..
I seem to like medium to medium well currently.

Medium Rare, but most clowns in kitchens these days have no idea what that is so it’s nearly always delivered to the table Rare.

I now order Medium and get a perfect Medium Rare
I find the opposite. I ask for rare, I don't know if they leave it too long on the counter sitting, (it continues to cook just under its own heat you know), but I rarely get a truly rare steak, inevitably it is medium rare or (shudders) medium.

If they bring me my correctly steak first, I don't care if nobody else has their food, I am GOING IN NOW before it overcooks itself!
