I was once told in have a "thick accent" months after I sent in application when responding to an ad. I only made one phone call to a lady that answered and she didn't have any problems understanding me.

These race debates seem to always rile you up the most. Whites have been less than 50% in the GTA for some years now and that number will continue to drop, as will the rest of Canada, America, and Western Europe.

White males, particularly in Government, and in many large companies are now being passed over to allow,in general, more women to be promoted. It's a practice that is not hidden, and is often gravitated to by industries who wanna be able to say 'look, see, our women compliment' is better than the next company.

This of course often goes against a policy of hiring a more trained, experienced and qualified person, often a white guy..

In terms of work, i just let actions and results speak for themselves. Maybe some of you should just focus on working harder and not blame external factors for your problems.

yes, it's true. in no way am i being racist, but certain cultures foster brute force hard work ethics and cunning competitiveness while others foster laziness and mediocrity....

Unfortunately in North American white culture seems to be seeing more and more of a culture of entitlement..

yes, it's true. in no way am i being racist, but certain cultures foster brute force hard work ethics and cunning competitiveness while others foster laziness and mediocrity. i love relaxing as much as the next guy, but i will work night and day, weekends, or w/e it takes to get a job done or solve my problem at hand. i also take ownership of my mistakes and do everything possible to fix them rather than blaming others.

i actually personally feel the women i work with are a force to be reckoned with and some can both out drink me and out work me... some are extremely ambitious and i am not sure if they are women or workaholic machines like me. some of them are very savy politically and have solid interpersonal skills somewhat critical to getting promoted. all i know is i can't keep working at the pace I do now forever but when i eventually stop working i'll know i've added a lot of value to the world.
