Under C-36 communicating for the purpose of obtaining for consideration is outlawed. How has the way you communicated changed under C-36?

Like many others I've considered offering assets for time, which is legal, rather than for specific services.

Usually, you don't discuss specifics, just the length of the session. Also, if the lady advertises as GFE or PSE, you don't need to discuss specifics but avoid reference to a menu. You only have this concern with new gals you see, and only on the first time.

Lol that would give an opportunity for the girl to scam you. You don't discuss services with her and once you pay her she says "Don't touch me, I'm only paid for time and companionship "
I meant written correspondence (or even telephone calls) prior to actually meeting face to face. You can discuss specifics when you get there if you're seeing someone that you are completely in the dark about.

As for myself, I've never had a problem, but then again, I see well-reviewed and reputable ladies with advertised menus (GFE or PSE is all you need to know for the most part), so I don't need to ask what's obvious, or leave an audit trail in case I'm questioned, etc. etc.

i use morse code. i have the old morse code machine that was also used in world war 2 to communicate secretly with base command so the germans wouldnt decode the transmissions. our messages our conducted over the phones lines and are strictly a series of clicks and stops. the police will never decode our transmissions

Lol.

Or you can encrypt your emails but she would have to know the key.
