How do you buy a good TV android box?

Himedia has an Octacore cpu on the market, anyone hear of himedia? I talked to one of these guys that sells these boxes and he told me to stay away as the big companies are not selling this yet and its not been perfected.

I thought it was quite funny that someone was selling android boxes at a Square One kiosk, showing live sports and movies. I said has anyone from Bell come over and complained about it.
