I'm 15 or so pounds heavier than I should be and feel like a slob. I've since cut out the doritos and potato 🥔 chips where I wasn’t satisfied until I ate the whole bag.

How fat people do it is beyond me, anyone in the obese category? According to the bmi I'm considered obese.

I just calculated, I would be considered overweight, not obese. I don't need momentum to get off the couch, can cut my own toenails etc. Just wonder the daily grind of obese people.

I’ve gained 10 unwanted lbs due to this crazy covid isolation shit :(

Am sure it will go away if things get better.

Before i was il dida workout in the mourng and at night. Every Sunday I ran. That usually lets your keep the fat off problem is if you get hurt or injured your fucked - its a life time commitment.
Also never take elevators, run up the stairs etc. Helps if your get a futon and get rid of your bed as well but that's a bit extreme - I only did that for a few years.
Unforutnly as soon as you end the exerices your gain it all back in a few weeks or months. Its a constant battle.

Course you could be blessed with a good metabalsim and then you can call people that live that way lazy fucks while watching TV and chewing cud.

Before i was ill I cut my sleep to 5 hours, did a 3 hour workout in the mourning, 3 hour workout at night. Every Sunday I ran alternate 5 km for a break, 10 km then 20 km, repeat. That usually lets your keep the fat off problem is if you get hurt or injured your fucked - its a life time commitment.

Futon? how can that help? or what is the theory behind it? I helped people move and they had futon, not something I will ever buy.

If 15lbs makes that much a difference in moving around then you are probably in terrible shape. You might be a fat thin person where what you have is soft garbage. Time to hit the weights.

Sleep and rest are uncomfortable, You only sleep the minimum time. Pain becomes normal for you so you can do more. Japanese live by it.
As for weight loss, my apparent weight loss did not change since of my body shape, but as muscle replaced fat, and muscle burns more energy. Oh, and never EVER go on a diet, other than avoiding bad foods (empty calories) the more you diet the fatter your get, as your body metablosim will improve, eventually meaning your get fat just by eatting the minimum caleries you need to live. That is eat well, and often. Diets for those with efficient darwinism metabloism are path to massive overweight. Ironically a defective metablism is what you want to stay thin (ie. you waste food energy so you can eat 4-5 times more tan other people at the same activity level)
Oh and stop drinking - maybe twice or three times a year. Major energy gain.
However if you work out 6 hours a day, with splitting between different style of exercise, should be good. 1 hour of workout for every hour of play should do it. But you start with 30 min in the mournign and 30 in the evening, add 5 mintues every day till you hit the target. Of coure, you havet sacrifice time is he greatest problem. ANd dont over due it or your get injuried. Better light exterices consistently than heavy followed by none.
SHould be able to lose 10 lbs by the time your reach the target time of 6 hours. Reduce work out time when desired weight is reached.

Of course, you need to have time. TIme is the greatest sacrifiice.
