So you left me hanging. DID you loose any weight / mass at all?
Futon? how can that help? or what is the theory behind it? I helped people move and they had futon, not something I will ever buy.
Sleep and rest are uncomfortable, You only sleep the minimum time. Pain becomes normal for you so you can do more. Japanese live by it.
As for weight loss, my apparent weight loss did not change since of my body shape, but as muscle replaced fat, and muscle burns more energy. Oh, and never EVER go on a diet, other than avoiding bad foods (empty calories) the more you diet the fatter your get, as your body metablosim will improve, eventually meaning your get fat just by eatting the minimum caleries you need to live. That is eat well, and often. Diets for those with efficient darwinism metabloism are path to massive overweight. Ironically a defective metablism is what you want to stay thin (ie. you waste food energy so you can eat 4-5 times more tan other people at the same activity level)
Oh and stop drinking - maybe twice or three times a year. Major energy gain.
However if you work out 6 hours a day, with splitting between different style of exercise, should be good. 1 hour of workout for every hour of play should do it. But you start with 30 min in the mournign and 30 in the evening, add 5 mintues every day till you hit the target. Of coure, you havet sacrifice time is he greatest problem. ANd dont over due it or your get injuried. Better light exterices consistently than heavy followed by none.
SHould be able to lose 10 lbs by the time your reach the target time of 6 hours. Reduce work out time when desired weight is reached.
Of course, you need to have time. TIme is the greatest sacrifiice.
