I was thinking, they say the places with the most bed bugs are motels and hostels due to frequent visitors, and a lack of cleaning, there is frequent visitors to incalls, why is there no increase in bed bugs at incalls.

The solution is quite simple: don't see escorts at hostels or very low end motels. I doubt there would be any girls working out of a hostel anyway. There's no privacy even if the hostel has seperate rooms. Hostels commonly have bunk beds and that's a non-starter. They also have common areas like living rooms, kitchenettes, etc. with people milling about. I can't imagine any agency hosting out of a hostel for the same reasons.
That doens't mean that main-stream or high-end hotels never have bed bug or cleaning issues. Or chains like Days Inn, Motel 6, Monte Carlo, etc. or independant businesses are worse for those issues. Cleaning staff have been cut industry wide so paying more for a hotel room does not mean that it's any better.
My guess is that bed bugs are not a major issue or we would hear of it. Or it could be a major issue that no one is reporting or even aware of. Bed bug bites are not a serious medical problem for most people anyway.

I don't think a reputable agency may want to get bad reviews because of bedbugs. So I assume they have a minimum of cleaning practices.

I am not so confident that they clean things properly if at all in hotels any more. I travelled to Halifax and Charlottetown last fall and both hotels I stayed at did not change towels or make the beds while I was there. I had to call the front desk to get new towels. I would hope they change and launder the sheets and pillow cases after every guest, but it wouldn't surprise me if they are cutting corners.Because they clean the sheets……., wild guess but pretty sure that is it.
Well can’t speak for hotels but generally apartments /condos girls are just going from home to work. Guests usually just arrive with their clothes and shoes/coat not like they are arriving from hostels with a tonne of luggage.
