Sorry Dave I am a pretty liberal guy, but the idea of you in the nude/lingerie cleaning my house sends shivers down my spine!

Dave... it's an idea that has been tried. Sorry to say success has been minimal. I think the secret to success is in how much the service costs. If you over charge some will rather simply go out and get some FS. Yet you have to charge enough to make it worthwhile for the provider.
P.S. This is exactly how I plan to spend my days off next week. House cleaning. If you want to send someone over to my place for a test run... I'll be more then happy to assess them for you. lol.

was thinking comparative to MP rates only you get cleaning instead of a release.

Vacuuming
Sweeping non-carpeted floors and mopping
Some pickup and straightening
Don't think windows are possible because of laws
but basically look after the everyday stuff that would have ot be done except get an eyfull having it done for you.

I think there is a market for this service at the prices quoted. But the market is limited to guys who are more into voyerism then getting a release. But keep in mind a frugal guy like me can get an erotic massage (nude) w/release for $60. And NO I am not telling where. lol. I think the rates could still be a little bit less and maybe you'll book more calls. Hard call... guess you have to try it and see.

For those prices, I would definitely want my toilet scrubbed, all bathroom fixtures cleaned, and kitchen policed as well (counters wiped and disinfected, sink cleaned, stove, fridge, microwave cleaned etc). Molly Maid charged $80 per cleaning for two women who spent an hour cleaning a two-bedroom condo. This was 8 years ago, though.

Merry Maid quotes $75 - $120 every 2 weeks for a 3 bedroom house, depending on condition. I'm Guessing their rates are about $25 an hour/ person.
Here's the comparisions that I used tom come up with what I initially thought.
Stripper - $250 / hour
Escort - $200/hour
Massage (N) - $160/hour (incall, outcall probably add $25)
Realistically the prices probably would start at $50/$75/$100 - +/-$20 but I haven't figured out how low I can go on the rates yet without knowing what someone would accept as fair payment to clean nude, I'm still piecing the idea togther.

No bubble to burst Sheik, Just an idea ... which if it doesn't work, oh well ... Nothing ventured no thing gained.
It's more of a novelty idea though I'll have to admit. It's worth taking a crack at if it's done right.

I once tried something along these lines by hiring/offerring/chauffering around dancers on my charter boat. All the ladies I talked to said "my rate is $250.00 per hour" umm hon? lol you'd be paying ME for the captive audience or at least I'd be paying you a more reasonable rate then you take whatever you can from the guys.
Problem here is the quality of the women. Not to be pigheaded but if I wanted a girl with more chins than a chinese phonebook to clean my house I'd hire molly maid (and maybe she shouldn't stop at ironing my shirts!!!).
